The settings in this toolbar only apply when generating subdivided mesh hulls.

Level of Detail sliders |

These sliders affect the accuracy and detail of the generated meshes. Its best to experiment to get a feel for their effects. |

Max Vertices Per Hull |
|
This setting limits the detail level of each individual hull. It is best not to set this excessively low or high, particularly if you are using physX as it does not allow convex hulls with over 256 faces. |

Skin width inflation |
|
Will inflate the hull by a specified amount, to compensate for your scene's skin width settings. Obviously you would not use this for the Newton engine, as it does not have a skin-width parameter. |
